- 1/2 cup (4oz, 120gr) ricotta cheese
- 1 leek, sliced
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 tbs flour
- 1 cup (8oz, 240ml) milk
- 3/4 cup (6oz, 180ml) chicken stock
- 1/2 cup (4oz, 120ml) sherry
- 1/2 cup (4oa, 120gr) Greek yogurt
- 3oz (90gr) strong cheese (Munster, Comte)
- 1/2 cup (2oz, 60gr) Parmesan cheese
- 12 – 14 no-cook lasagne noodles
