Receta Tuna Chop Suey

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (7 ounce.) can tuna
- 1 c. onions, minced fine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. celery, minced fine
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 can Chinese vegetables
- 1 can bean sprouts
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions in butter. Add in salt, pepper and warm water. Cover and cook for 5 min. Add in vegetables and bean sprouts. Heat well. Combine and add in thickening. Stir lightly and cook for 1 minute. Serve over Chinese noodles or possibly cooked rice.
