Receta Tuna Maxistroni

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can chicken broth
- 1 soup can tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
- 2 (7 ounce.) cans tuna
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oil in saucepan. Add in onion, celery and garlic. Cook till soft, but not brown. Add in undiluted chicken broth and remaining ingredients except cheese, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, covered, 10 min. Ladle into heated soup bowls. Sprinkle with cheese. Serves 4.
