- 1 teaspoon of English (or any other) mustard
- 2 slices of bread (cab be replaced by lettuce leaves to avoid carbohydrates)
- Olive Oil
- Some honey
- Black pepper
- Sea salt
- Paprika
- Onions
- Green peppers (+add more colorful peppers as you wish)
