Receta Cynthia's Tuna Melt
Ingredientes
- 1 pita bread
- Tuna salad with mayonnaise
- Durkees french onions
- Black olives
- Sweet onion
- Provolone cheese
- Tomato
Direcciones
- Mix tuna salad with black olives and sweet onion. Spread mix on pita bread that has been spread with a thin layer of butter. Top with 1 layer of provolone cheese. Place under broiler till cheese is melted. Turn off heat and top with french fried onions and place under boiler only till slightly browned. The onions add in a nice crunch to the sandwich. You may want to turn broiler back on to brown onions.
