Receta Tuna 'N Rice Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 can diced cooked tuna
- 1 tbsp. diced pimentos
- Dash of pepper
Direcciones
- Add in rice and salt to boiling water in saucepan. Mix to moisten rice. Combine soup and fold in saucepan. Heat, stirring occasionally. Add in tuna, pepper, and pimentos. Mix and heat thoroughly. Mix rice and creamed tuna. Spoon into 1-qt casserole. Top with potato chip crumbs. Broil to brown. Serve warm.
