Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 4 ounce. carrots
- 2 ounce. celery
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- Salt if desire
- Pepper if you like
- Garlic pwdr if you like
Direcciones
- Put vegetables through blender or possibly grinder, combine grnd turkey, vegetables, tomato juice and seasonings. Pack in glass loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for one hour or possibly microwave in tube pan for 18 min. Immediately pour off all liquid. Serves 2 for dinner. This is the best meatloaf you've ever tasted. Good cool for sandwiches. Also low in calories.
