Receta Turkey On Broccoli Mornay

Ingredientes
- 8 to 10 lg. broccoli spears
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. scalded lowfat milk (not boiled)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 to 9 slices roasted turkey breast
- Bread or possibly cornflake crumbs
- Paprika
Direcciones
- Cook broccoli spears only till tender. In small saucepan, heat butter, add in flour, mix, then add in lowfat milk and seasonings. Cook till thickened, then add in cheese. Stir till cheese is melted. Place broccoli in long baking dish. Cover with turkey slices, then pour sauce over turkey. Sprinkle with crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min.
