Receta Turkey Or Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 c. diagonally cut celery
- 3 c. thinly sliced cooked turkey or possibly chicken
Direcciones
- Add in 2 Tbsp. oil, soy sauce, and vegetables to skillet. Saute/fry vegetables 3 min over high heat. Add in turkey or possibly chicken, then saute/fry. To make sauce, dissolve cornstarch in 2 Tbsp. water. Combine with the 3 c. water, soy sauce, molasses, bouillon cubes, and salt. Stir into vegetable/turkey mix. Simmer 10 min. Serve over rice or possibly Chinese noodles.
