Receta Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredientes
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- 2 c. chicken, cut in sm. pcs
- 3 c. celery, cut in cubes
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 sm. can water chestnuts
- 4 tbsp. Chinese sauce
- Season to taste with salt, celery salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Fry meat slowly in a little butter till tender. Add in celery, onions and 1/2 c. warm water and cook till tender. Add in sprouts and water chestnuts, cook several min till heated thoroughly. Add in sauce, thicken mix with a little flour. Remove from heat, serve over chow mein noodles over rice.
