Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. salad dressing or possibly mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. cubed cooked turkey
- 2 c. cooked macaroni
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 can pineapple tidbits, liquid removed
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1 c. seedless grapes, halved
- Lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- In small bowl mix mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, ginger, lemon juice, and salt till smooth. In medium bowl mix turkey, macaroni, oranges, pineapple, celery and grapes. Add in dressing and stir till proportionately coated. Refrigerateat least 1 hour before serving, but no more than 24 hrs. Spoon salad into lettuce leaves.
