Receta Turkey Salisbury Steak

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. flour, divided
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2-3/4 c. chicken broth
Direcciones
- Combine first 7 ingredients in mixing bowl. Shape into 4 patties. Dip each into 2 Tbsp. of flour; saute/fry over medium heat approximately 10-12 min. Remove to hot platter.
- Pour off all but 1 Tbsp. drippings from pan and stir in 1 Tbsp. flour. Cook 1 minute over medium heat. Stir in wine and broth and cook for about 3 min till lightly thickened and bubbly. Serve patties with sauce spooned over top. These are a delicious alternative to beef - my whole family loves them! Serves 4.
