Ingredientes
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 16 slices bread, toasted
- 16 slices bacon, fried crisp & liquid removed
- Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Prepare cheese sauce by heating lowfat milk. In another saucepan, heat butter. Add in flour and cook for 3 min. Add in warm lowfat milk and whisk till smooth. Add in grated cheese and whisk till melted and smooth. Place on oven proof plates, 2 pcs of toast, cover with 2 slices of turkey. Cover with cheese sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil till cheese sauce bubbles. Add in bacon strips and serve. Yield: 4.
