Ingredientes
- 1 left-over turkey carcass (from a 14-20 turkey)
- 2 cups chopped left-over turkey, combination of white and dark meat(depends on how much meat left over from the carcass)
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 4 large carrots, sliced
- 4 celery stalks, with leafy tops, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cups green beans, cut in half
- 2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/2 t dried oregano
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1 t dried Italian seasoning
- 2-3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cups wide egg noodles
