Receta Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 c. water
- 1 bag nacho chips
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Black olives
- Shredded cheese
- Taco sauce
Direcciones
- Brown the grnd turkey in a frying pan. Drain grease. Add in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 min.
- Chop lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. Divide minced lettuce, tomato and cucumber into 4 separate bowl. Crush nacho chips and sprinkle over lettuce. Place a scoopful of cooked turkey over lettuce and chips.
- Sprinkle with cheese; top with olives and taco sauce. Serves 4.
