  1. Brown the grnd turkey in a frying pan. Drain grease. Add in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 min.
  2. Chop lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. Divide minced lettuce, tomato and cucumber into 4 separate bowl. Crush nacho chips and sprinkle over lettuce. Place a scoopful of cooked turkey over lettuce and chips.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese; top with olives and taco sauce. Serves 4.
