Receta Turkish Green Beans

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound green beans, snapped, or possibly 3 c. frzn beans
- 1/2 pound lean hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, peeled & minced or possibly 1-2 tbsp. tomato paste
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Stir fry onion and tomato till tender. Add in 1/2 c. water. Crumble hamburger into vegetables. Stir in green beans. Cook in covered pan 20-30 min till beans are tender. Season to taste. Serve with rice.
