Receta Two Great Tastes Pudding Parfaits

- 1 (4 3/4 ounce.) pkg. vanilla pudding & pie filling
- 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. Reese's peanut butter chips
- 1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Whipped topping (optional)
Direcciones
- In a large, heavy saucepan combine pudding mix and 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk (rather than amount listed in package directions). Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix comes to full boil. Remove from heat; divide warm mix between 2 heatproof medium bowls. Immediately stir peanut butter chips into mix in one bowl and chocolate chips into mix in second bowl. Stir both mixtures till chips are melted and smooth. Cold slightly, stirring occasionally. Alternately spoon peanut butter and chocolate mixtures into parfait glasses, champagne glasses or possibly dessert dishes. Place plastic wrap directly onto surface of each dessert; chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Top with whipped topping and garnish as desired. Makes about 4 to 6 servings.
