  1. Remove peel and dice fruit. Separate biscuits on lightly floured surface, flatten to 4 inch circles. Place 1 Tbsp. of fruit on each biscuits. Stir together sugar and cinnamon. Dot each biscuit to with dots of butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mix. Shape biscuits into half moons and press to seal. Place on ungreased baking pan. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. grnd cinnamon mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 11-13 min till golden.
