Receta "Ultimate" Potato Salad

Ingredientes
- 8 lbs. red potatoes
- 2 doz. Large eggs
- 1 quart. mayonnaise
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. minced celery
- 1 red bell pepper, minced
- 1 c. sweet relish
- 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 bunch green onions, minced
- 1 teaspoon dill
- Season salt
- Pepper
Direcciones
- Boil potatoes till just barely done. Allow to cold completely.
- Combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, relish, mustard, dill, salt and pepper to taste while potatoes are cooling.
