Receta Unbaked Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (9 inch) ready to bake graham cracker pie shell
- 1 (14 ounce.) can condensed lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
Direcciones
- Beat softened cream cheese till smooth. Continue to whip, while gradually adding condensed lowfat milk. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. Spoon into pie shell and chill. In saucepan combine pineapple, sugar and cornstarch. Stir on medium heat till thick. Stir in grenadine and let mix cold. Spoon mix on cheese pie and chill at least 2 hrs. Pie can be frzn.
