Receta Veal Balls And Mushrooms In Sour Cream

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd veal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 med. onion, minced fine
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms
Direcciones
- Mix veal, salt, pepper, Large eggs, and lowfat milk. Add in parsley, onion, bread crumbs, and flour. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 20 balls. Brown meat balls in oil in skillet.
- Combine mushrooms and liquid with lowfat sour cream and pour over meat balls. Simmer for 35 min. Good with buttered noodles or possibly steamed rice. Serves 4-6.
