Receta Veal Fricasse

Ingredientes
- 1 pound veal
- 1/2 pound country sausage
- 3 slices bacon
- Sm. onion
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- Fresh mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Buy lb. of cubed veal; take 1/2 lb. of country sausage, cut in cubes. Render 3 slices of diced bacon, minced onion, and butter. Add in meat and sausage and saute/fry till light brown. Add in salt and pepper; add in flour, sufficient for gravy. Add in 1/4 tsp. rosemary; add in fresh mushrooms. Stir frequently; simmer 45 min. Serve on rice, noodles, or possibly potatoes.
