Receta Veal Italienne
Ingredientes
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 4 veal rib chops, about 1" thick
- 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. red wine
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon dry minced chives
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat 10 inch browning dish at high (100%) 5 min. Immediately add in oil and veal chops. Microwave at high (100%) 1 minute. Turn chops over, placing meatiest portion toward outside of dish. Microwave at high (100%) 1 minute.
- 2. Mix remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese; pour over veal chops. Microwave at medium-high (70%) 10 min. Sprinkle veal chops with cheese. If using oven other than Sharp Carousel, rearrange veal chops. Microwave at medium-high (70%) till veal chops are tender, 6-9 min. Makes 4 servings.
