Receta Veal Supreme

Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 pound veal scallopini
- 2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cartons (1/2 pt.) heavy cream
- 6-7 tomatoes, peeled & cut into wedges
- Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Coat veal with seasoned flour. Brown in butter; transfer to casserole, salt and pepper to taste and lightly sprinkle with paprika. Saute/fry mushrooms, salt and pepper. Place on top of veal. Pour cream over and arrange tomato wedges around edge. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 min at 400 degrees. Serves 10.
