- 1/4 brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 Tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1 Tbsp ground flax or chia seeds
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet (vegan) chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
