Ingredientes

  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • In a large bowl stir together the dry ingredients.
  • In another medium size bowl combine together the wet ingredients and let it stand for a couple of minutes.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix and mix well. Let the batter stand for at least 10 minutes before preparing the waffles.
  • Grease the waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and prepare the waffles as per the manufacture’s instructions of your iron.
