Ingredientes
- 1 bag frzn vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower), thawed & liquid removed
- 1 jar minced pimento
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can onion rings
Direcciones
- Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 c. cheese, lowfat sour cream, pimento, 1/2 can of onion rings. Pour into 1 qt casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 degree for 30 min. top with remaining cheese and onion rings. Bake uncovered for 5 min.
- Combine ingredients and put in the microwave for about 10 min, stirring once or possibly twice.
