Receta Vegetable Medley Microwave

Ingredientes
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 head broccoli, cut into spears
- 3 or possibly 4 carrots, diagonally sliced into 1/4 inch pcs
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Remove leaves from cauliflower and place in center of 15-inch glass microwave plate. Arrange broccoli and carrots around cauliflower. Pour butter over the vegetables and sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over all vegetables. Cover with plastic wrap, turning back one edge to vent. Microwave at high for 17 to 19 min. Let stand, covered, 5 min. Vegetables should be crisp, but tender. Serves 6-8.
