Ingredientes
- 6 to 8 med. potatoes
- 5 ounce. Old English cheese spread
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. Baco's
- Salt
- Pepper
Direcciones
- Slice stem ends from tomatoes; scoop out center, reserving pulp. Combine butter and cheese spread; add in diced pulp, onion, bread crumbs and Baco's. Season to taste. Fill tomatoes and bake at 350 degrees F. 25 to 35 min.
- Combine whipped cream cheese and lowfat milk. Heat, stirring till sauce is smooth. Place asparagus on serving plate with baked tomatoes and pour sauce over spears. Garnish with paprika.
