Receta Vegetable Salad With Feta Cheese

Ingredientes
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1 head lettuce, torn in pcs
- 3 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 6 radishes, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper
- 1 pound feta cheese, crumbled
- 12-14 Kalamata olives
Direcciones
- Rub interior of wooden salad bowl with garlic. Throw away garlic. Add in lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, celery, bell pepper, radishes, carrot and parsley to bowl. Toss lightly. combine extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in jar with tightly fitting lid and shake well. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Add in cheese and olives, and toss again.
