  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (preferably unsweetened)
  • Two (15-ounce) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • One (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • One (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • One (15-ounce) can whole sweet corn, rinsed and drained
