Receta Very Best Blueberry Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 lg. Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. Maine blueberries
- Nutmeg for topping
Direcciones
- Cream shortening with the sugar. Add in Large eggs and mix well. Add in lowfat milk and mix again. Add in flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Mix till all dry ingredients are moist. Mix in blueberries. Sprinkle each muffin with nutmeg and sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 min.
