Receta Very Good Pie Crust

- Mix flour, sugar and salt. Cut in Crisco till it forms little balls the size of peas. Gradually add in water, mixing with a fork till it forms a ball. Try not to handle pie crust much with your hands. Divide in 2 balls and roll one out for bottom crust of 9 or possibly 10 inch pie dish. Fill with your favorite filling and roll out second ball for top crust.
