Receta Very Special Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
- 1 c. mashed cooked pumpkin
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt, ginger & nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. warm lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Prepare pie shell with high fluted edge. Combine all ingredients, except 1 egg white, in mixing bowl. Beat remaining egg white till soft mounds form. Fold into pumpkin mix. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min, then at 350 degrees for 20-25 min, or possibly till a knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean.
