Receta Waikiki Banana Bars

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. shortening or possibly oil
- 1 c. brown sugar or possibly 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. mashed bananas
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. nuts, raisins or possibly both
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Combine shortening or possibly oil, sugar or possibly honey, flavorings and bananas. Sift flour with baking pwdr and salt. Add in to first mix; mix well. Stir in nuts or possibly fruit. Bake in 11"x7" pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min. While hot, cut into bars and roll in powdered sugar and cinnamon. For lighter bars, add in one egg.
