Receta Waldorf Coleslaw

Ingredientes
- 3 Golden brown Delicious apples
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2/3 c. minced walnuts
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- Dash of salt
Direcciones
- Wash, peel apples. Cut into 1/2 inch chunks. Toss with lemon juice, cabbage, celery and nuts.
- Combine remaining ingredients and toss with apple mix. Season to taste with salt. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
- If you like you can shred cabbage early in the day and put in tightly covered dish in refrigerator till ready to use.
