- 1 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1/3 c. flaked coconut
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- A tasty, nutty bar cookie.
- Prepare basic cookie dough as directed. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 8 inch square pans. Cut dough in half. Pat each half into a prepared pan and bake 15 min or possibly till light brown around edges.
