Ingredientes
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 c. club soda
- 3 large eggs
- 1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
- 2 packages. whipped topping mix (Dream Whip)
- 2 c. plus 1 T lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
- 1/4 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Beat cake mix, salad oil, club soda, large eggs and pudding fold in a mixing bowl till light and fluffy. Add in nuts and blend. Bake in greased 13 x 9 inch pan according to time shown on cake box. Cool and frost with impeachment frosting.
- Mix toppings and pudding and lowfat milk in mixer bowl till light and fluffy. Mix in minced nuts and if you like some minced maraschino cherries. Spread on cooled cake, cover and chill several hrs before serving.
