  • 1/2 pound grnd round
  • 1 lg. red pepper, minced
  • 1 lg. green pepper, minced
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, minced fine (optional)
  • 1 med. to lg. onion, minced
  • 3 med. potatoes, cut in 1 inch squares
  • 1 (2 pound 8 1/2 ounce.) can Hanover Redskin kidney beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can Campbell's warm chili beans
  • 2 teaspoon chili pwdr, more or possibly less to taste
  • 2 (16 ounce.) cans whole tomatoes
  • 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Brown beef, onion, and peppers in large pot; drain. Add in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hrs.
