Receta West Texas Corn Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can (8 ounce.) cream style corn
- 1 can (4 ounce.) minced green chilies
Direcciones
- Grease well a 12 c. bundt pan. In large bowl combine meal, baking pwdr and cheese. In a medium bowl mix Large eggs, oil, lowfat sour cream, corn and chilies till well combined. Add in liquid ingredients to dry. Stir well or possibly just till moistened. Spoon into pan. Bake 40-50 min in 400 degree oven. Let stand on wire rack 10 min. Makes 12 servings.
