Receta Western Brunch Pizza
Great Pizza for any brunch or snack! Easy prep. my children love this on a weekend.
Ingredientes
- 16-ounce refrigerated Pizza Dough (cut in half)
- Flour for work surface
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 tablespoons light cream
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup Diced Ham (divided use)
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoon green chile's chopped finely
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese or Pepper jack cheese grate-divided use
- One Roma Tomato, diced for garnishing, Sprinkling of Black pepper after baking
Direcciones
- Pre Heat oven 400 F
- Using two rimmed non stick baking sheet pans, set aside (Can use pizza stones if desired)
- on a clean work surface dust with flour, cut pizza dough in half, roll out one half and curl up perimeter (creating a crevice to fill)
- In a mixing bowl add eggs, cream, salt, whisk well, add diced ham, cheese and stir to mix using a fork
- Place dough on non stick rimmed baking sheet pan carefully, slowly add half the mixing bowl ingredients
- Place into the oven and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown
- Repeat with the second half of pizza dough and ingredients.
- Remove from oven and garnish with sprinkling of black pepper, and diced Roma tomatoes.
