  • 1/2 c. butter, room temp.
  • 1/4 c. finely minced red onion
  • 1 boned sirloin steak (about 2 lbs.), 2 inches thick
  • 1/2 c. hickory-smoked bottled barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 c. bottled chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp. finely grated fresh horseradish or possibly 1 tbsp. bottled horseradish
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon chopped garlic

Direcciones

  1. In a 10 oz tight sealing plastic food container, stir onion into butter. Cover and chill at least 30 min. Place steak in a 13x9 inch rectangular tight sealing plastic food container.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Cover and marinate in a cooler or possibly refrigerator at least 30 min, turning once. Grill or possibly broil 4 inches from source of heat till desired doneness, about 20 to 25 min for medium doneness. Serve with flavored butter. Makes 4 servings.
