Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 4 Large eggs
- 4 tbsp. water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Minced green peppers
- Minced cooked ham
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Minced tomato
Direcciones
- No more than 1/2 c. total of all ingredients.
- In 9 inch microwave dish heat butter on high for 30 seconds. Combine Large eggs, water and salt with butter. Beat with fork lightly. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on roast setting (70%) for 3 min. Stir lightly. Recover and bake (60%) for 1 1/2 to 2 min till almost set in center. Let stand covered for 1 to 2 min. Place green peppers, ham, cheese and tomato on one half. Fold other half over and serve.
