- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup White Whole Wheat flour
- 1 cup lukewarm water

- Water
- Oil
- Flour
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1-2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

%20theme%20of%20the%20week%20-%20%22Movie%20Night.%22%20%20It%20is%20a%20good,%20basic%20crust%20that%20is%20firm%20on%20the%20bottom%20(that%20is%20probably%20the%20best%20feature%20for%20me!).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20recipe%20for%20the%20pizza%20dough%20is%20found%20on%20page%20178%20of%20How%20to%20Cook%20Everything.%20%20Bittman%20recommends%20using%20the%20food%20processor%20but%20I%20chose%20to%20use%20my%20bread%20machine%20for%20kneading%20and%20rising%20the%20dough.%20%20It%20is%20easier%20(and%20less%20messy)%20for%20me%20this%20way%20because%20when%20there%20is%20a%20%22chill%22%20in%20the%20air%20still%20my%20dough%20has%20a%20warm%20place%20to%20rise!%20%20%20Bittman%20says%20to%20use%20all-purpose%20or%20bread%20flour.%20%20I%20didn't%20have%20bread%20flour%20so%20I%20used%20all-purpose.%20%20The%20only%20other%20thing%20I%20did%20differently%20was%20I%20used%201%20cup%20of%20white%20whole%20wheat%20flour%20in%20place%20of%20the%201%20cup%20of%20the%20white%20flour.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWill%20I%20make%20this%20recipe%20again?%20%20Sure%20will.%20%20It%20was%20easy%20and%20I%20liked%20how%20the%20bottom%20doesn't%20get%20soggy%20and%20fall%20out%20on%20you%20when%20you%20pick%20up%20a%20slice.%20%20Also,%20Grumpy%20liked%20it%20enough%20to%20eat%20about%203%20pieces!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPizza%20Dough%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdapted%20from%20Bittman's%20%22How%20to%20Cook%20Everything%22%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMake%20a%20well%20in%20the%20flour%20using%20the%20back%20of%20a%20spoon%20and%20place%20the%20yeast%20and%20salt%20in%20the%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EClose%20the%20lid%20of%20the%20bread%20machine,%20choose%20the%20dough%20setting%20and%20push%20start.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAn%20hour%20and%20half%20later%20you%20will%20have%20a%20nice%20ball%20of%20risen%20pizza%20dough.%20%20Turn%20the%20dough%20out%20onto%20your%20counter.%20%20Spread%20a%20small%20amount%20of%20olive%20oil%20over%20the%20a%20pizza%20stone%20(not%20required)%20and%20rub%20the%20oil%20between%20both%20hands%20to%20prevent%20dough%20from%20sticking%20to%20your%20hands.%20%20Place%20the%20dough%20in%20the%20center%20of%20the%20stone%20and%20spread%20it%20out%20using%20both%20hands.%20%20Top%20with%20your%20favorite%20toppings.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20made%20a%20meatloaf%20pizza!%20%20I%20decided%20that%20I%20wanted%20to%20use%20up%20some%20of%20the%20leftover%20meatloaf%20we%20had%20for%20dinner%20earlier%20this%20week.%20%20I%20did%20not%20use%20any%20of%20the%20%22stuffed%22%20part%20of%20the%20meatloaf%20because%20I%20was%20feeding%20this%20to%20Grumpy%20also,%20and%20he%20didn't%20care%20for%20the%20stuffing.%20%20I%20made%20the%20topping%20as%20follows:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20cup%20ketchup%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1-2%20tablespoons%20dijon%20mustard%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2%20tablespoons%20brown%20sugar%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20together%20and%20spread%20over%20top%20of%20the%20pizza%20dough.%20%20Then%20top%20with%20chunks%20of%20leftover%20meatloaf,%20sprinkle%20with%20Cheddar%20and%20Montery%20jack%20cheese,%20sprinkle%20with%20some%20diced%20red%20pepper%20and%20bake%20at%20450%20degrees%20until%20pizza%20dough%20and%20cheese%20is%20slightly%20browned.%20%20Let%20cool%20approximately%2010%20minutes%20before%20cutting%20and%20enjoy!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
