Receta White Chip Luscious Lemon Cookies

Great for your Christmas Cookie Platter
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp freshly grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp vanilla2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups (12 oz pkg.) white chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans, (optional)
Direcciones
- Heat the oven to 350 F
- Lightly grease cookie sheets
- Beat the butter, brown sugar, lemon peel, and vanilla in a large bowl until fluffy.
- Add the eggs
- Beat well
- Stir together the flour, baking soda, and the salt
- Add to the butter mixture
- Stir in the white chips and the pecans, if desired
- Drop by tablespoons onto the prepared cookie sheets
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until almost set
- Cool slightly
- Remove from the cookie sheets to wire racks
- Cool completely
