Receta Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. ripe mashed bananas
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly shortening, melted
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Direcciones
- Mix bananas, Large eggs and butter. Combine dry ingredients with above. Fill greased muffin tins or possibly cupcake papers 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min. Can freeze. Yield: 1 dozen.
- May add in chocolate chips to top of muffins after baked.
