Receta Whole Wheat Batter Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. white flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Healthy pinch salt
- 3 tbsp. molasses
- 1 c. sour lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients and pour into well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This makes a sweet bread similar to date bread in flavor and texture. Does not rise. Good with cream cheese.
