Receta Whole Wheat Bread Sticks

Ingredientes
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp. cool lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix flour with cinnamon and soda. With pastry blender, cut in butter and cheese till mix becomes coarse crumbs. Blend in egg beaten with lowfat milk. Stir with fork till dough clings together.
- Roll tsp. of dough into little sticks. Place 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min at 375 degrees. If shaped into large sticks, increase baking time.
