Receta Whole Wheat Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. reg. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 c. raisins
Direcciones
- In saucepan, heat 1/2 c. butter. Add in one beaten egg and 1/4 c. molasses. Add in liquid mix to dry ingredients and mix well. Drop by tsp. on greased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min. Makes about 3 dozen small cookies.
